Mr. Dong leads Robur with a forward-looking vision and a belief in teamwork. Through sustainable innovation in lithium battery technology, responsible production, and advanced energy solutions, he guides the company in creating lasting value for global partners, employees, and the local community.
He brings decades of manufacturing and operational experience. Before taking the helm at Robur, he played a decisive role in the company’s early industrial expansion in Dongguan, Guangdong, laying the foundation for its transformation from a traditional manufacturer into a modern power battery enterprise.
His leadership combines strategic precision with care for people, inspiring excellence throughout the organization. He continues to strengthen Robur’s technological capabilities and global supply network through innovation and thoughtful organic and strategic growth, positioning Robur as a trusted global brand in high-performance lithium battery manufacturing.
About Robur
Factory Director

Mr. Liu oversees Robur’s entire manufacturing operation, from raw material inspection to final battery shipment. With more than two decades of experience in lithium battery production, he brings calm precision to the shop floor and a relentless focus on quality and process improvement.
He began in front-line assembly and grew with Robur through each stage of its expansion. This hands-on background gives him a deep understanding of how products are made, how teams work, how machines behave, and how production systems improve over time.
Under his direction, Robur’s factory has become a model of efficiency and reliability. Cell matching, BMS testing, and final packaging are carried out with discipline and transparency. By combining technology and teamwork, he builds a culture of safety, accuracy, and pride in craftsmanship.
He continues to modernize Robur’s facilities with automation, smart data systems, and cleaner production practices to keep Robur ahead in global manufacturing standards.
