BEFORE YOU SPECIFY

Your 72V battery
questions, answered.

Which applications use a 72V lithium battery?

Forklifts, logistics trucks, large AGVs and other industrial or heavy-duty electric vehicle systems use this voltage class. Confirm the actual voltage window, current, installation and control interfaces for the equipment.

What cycle life should I specify?

The proposed reference targets 4000+ cycles at 80% depth of discharge. Confirm the temperature, charge/discharge rate and end-of-life capacity criterion in the project specification. Cycle count alone is not a calendar-life guarantee.

Can you integrate our BMS or telematics system?

Yes. Robur offers OEM-level integration including master-slave BMS, CAN communication and telematics. Share the protocol, diagnostics requirements and fleet-platform interface for engineering review.

How does lithium compare with lead-acid?

Robur’s lithium systems deliver higher torque and longer runtime, with up to 70% less downtime through faster charging and stable voltage. The comparison depends on the lead-acid baseline, charger and operating duty; confirm these conditions for your project.

What is the delivery time?

Standard products ship within 24 hours. Typical custom projects take 7–15 days; large custom orders take 25–35 days. The exact schedule is confirmed in your quotation.

What charger does the 150Ah reference require?

Use a charger matched to the 24S LiFePO4 voltage profile, with an 87.6V charge cut-off. The proposed reference recommends 75A (0.5C), with up to 100A (0.67C) subject to project validation. Confirm BMS handshake, current limits and temperature controls before use.
