His leadership style blends strategic precision with genuine care for people, inspiring excellence across every level of the organization.

Mr. Liu oversees Robur’s entire manufacturing operation — from raw material inspection to final battery shipment. With more than two decades of experience in lithium battery production, he is known for his calm precision on the shop floor and his relentless focus on quality and process improvement.
He started his career in front-line assembly, growing with Robur through every stage of its expansion. This deep technical background gives him a rare perspective: he understands not only how products are made, but also how teams think, machines behave, and systems improve over time.
Under Mr. Liu’s direction, Robur’s factory has become a model of efficiency and reliability. Every process — cell matching, BMS testing, final packaging — is executed with discipline and transparency. His leadership blends technology with teamwork, creating an environment where safety, accuracy, and pride in craftsmanship come naturally.
