–Safe. ThintoPower lithium batteries adopt the SCF Guard^T technology, which increases a secondary protection for our lithium battery. SCF Guard^T works to ensure the lithium battery’s safety that it doesn’t over-charge, catch fire or explode when the BMS of the lithium battery malfunctions.

-Reliable. ThintoPower lithium batteries are ensured on their durability and stability in the following aspects:

    BMS: We designed our own BMS for our lithium batteries, in which we adopted a relay-mode based managing program. This made the battery more capable of letting through larger current and golf carts less likely to shut off in operation, greatly improving the stability and the safety of our lithium batteries. The BMS developed by ThintoPower is capable of recording the history data for over ten years, making it easier to analyze and manage the lithium battery.

    Battery Cells: ThintoPower lithium battery consists of A class automotive grade power cells withstanding/at the discharge rate of 3C, which don’t heat up, and have small differential pressure and long cycle life.

    Stamped Steel Battery Box: IntegralCast^Tis adopted to the process. Stamped battery box as a seamless integral object improves a lot comparing to welded battery box in terms of water resistance and pressure resistance, protecting the battery cell effectively.

–Convenient. SplitCasing^T design and 4D-Ease^T solution make ThintoPower batteries extremely user-friendly covering all 4 major aspects: Installation, Inspection, Repair and Maintenance.

Convenient installation: Special installation adaptor boards are designed for different golf cart models.              

Convenient inspection: A battery meter is equipped so it is able to directly display real-time failure, enable direct determination of failures when they happen, making failure analyses easy.

Convenient repair: When a failure happens to the lithium battery, one needs only to replace the BMS box to solve most problems, which makes repair easy.

Convenient maintenance: It effectively extends the life of a lithium battery to periodically maintain it. The adoption of SplitCasing^T design makes the power supplement and balanced maintenance much easier.
